BSS Virtual Holocaust Memorial

Although the Holocaust took place 76 years ago, it is crucial that we remember the events that took place and affected millions of people. Our hope for this initiative is to commemorate, educate and connect BSS community members through an online platform that shares first-hand experiences of survivors and those who perished as a living reminder, so that such atrocities may never happen again. 

The stories shared on the BSS Virtual Holocaust Memorial come from current BSS students, and we hope to grow the platform with contributions from alumnae, past parents, staff and other community members. Each story is thoughtfully shared along with a photo and a personal epitaph honouring the person. We thank everyone who has shared the treasured memories and images of their families, friends and loved ones.
