Join us for an evening of conversation with Dr. Martha Piper, co-author of the leadership memoir Nerve: Lessons on Leadership from Two Women Who Went First and former President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of British Columbia.
As the first woman to hold this role, Dr. Piper offers a unique perspective on leadership. Drawing on her experience in educational and public sector institutions, she will explore how to navigate career transitions and embrace uncertainty, as well as the vital role of mentorship during life changes. Moderated by BSS alumna and executive leadership coach, Christine FARRUGIA '99, you can expect meaningful conversation and practical takeaways, while connecting with fellow alumnae.
