Donating to the Annual Fund enables us to continue providing a world-class education and resources that nurture the curiosity of our students and encourage them to explore the world around them with confidence. From our academic programs, to infrastructure, our financial assistance program, and overall campus life, every gift to the Annual Fund helps support costs not included in tuition and fees.

Financial assistance is a cornerstone of our commitment to providing inclusive and accessible education at BSS. As the only girls' school in Ontario to offer financial assistance as early as Grade 6, our goal is to ensure that talented students, regardless of financial status, can access a BSS education. Our Financial Assistance program supports tuition and school-related costs for deserving students who may not otherwise be able to attend BSS.

Gifts to our Financial Assistance program can be endowed or expendable. 

• An endowed gift is a donation that is invested in perpetuity, with the interest available to spend on programs. For example, the annual Class Scholarship Fund, which celebrates a graduating class by establishing a fund in support of Financial Assistance.
  
  
• An expendable gift is a donation spent entirely within that fiscal year.
