BSS students come from throughout the Toronto area, across Canada and around the world. They come to discover who they are and who they can be. To be part of a unique learning experience. To make lifelong friends. To develop resilience and grit. But don’t take our word for it – come and discover our school and all it offers.
Over the next few months, we will offer various in-person and online events to help you learn more about BSS. Below, you will find brief descriptions to help you choose which events suit your family. Registration links will be available soon. Once you apply to BSS, you will be able to book your child’s interview and a private tour with one of our Student Ambassadors.
During July and August, school tours will be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Click here to book a summer tour. Please note that our office will be closed July 8 - 12 and August 5 - 16 and we will not be offering tours during that time.

Open House
Our Open Houses are designed to give you a great introduction to BSS at the Junior School or Middle and Senior School level. You will have the opportunity to tour the school, visit classrooms and speak with teachers, students, parents and alumnae. Come learn how the BSS approach to teaching and learning is different, and experience the energy of our vibrant community.

Scholarships and Financial Assistance Info Session
Financial assistance is a cornerstone of our commitment to providing inclusive and accessible education. Last year, thanks to donations from our generous community, we allocated $2.1 million in financial assistance to current and new families.
Financial assistance and a number of merit-based scholarships are available to students entering Grade 6 - 12. To learn more about applying for financial assistance through our third party assessor, Apple Financial, and the scholarships available at BSS, please join us for this virtual information session.

Did you know that BSS allocated $2.1 million in financial assistance for the 2023-24 school year? As the only girls' school in Canada to offer financial assistance as early as Grade 6, our goal is to ensure that cost isn’t a barrier for talented students to access a BSS education.
