Gospel Roots This fall and winter, Grade 9 - 12 vocal students and Black Student Union (BSU) members explored the rich traditions of gospel music and refined their craft under the collegiate-level direction of Dr. Darren Hamilton from the University of Toronto. Their journey culminated on February 7 at the Meridian Arts Centre, where BSS vocalists joined the University of Toronto Gospel Choir and Father John Redmond Catholic Secondary School for an uplifting, high-energy live performance.

Junior School Fun Plus Our Fun Plus after-school program (offered in partnership with Explore It!) continues to spark bold new interests in our youngest artists. In December, Junior School students dazzled audiences with a vibrant Broadway revue and a production of Cinderella. We’re already looking forward to the next round of Fun Plus productions this coming May.
