Leadership Giving
The generosity of our community is proof that giving changes everything.
Leadership donors, through transformative investments of $25,000 or more, provide the vital momentum to realize our most ambitious strategic initiatives. From state-of-the-art facilities like the turf field, Boarding Commons and Lonsdale classrooms to endowed scholarships and experiential learning, these investments enhance our campus, broaden access and redefine excellence — now and into the future.
When we unite around these philanthropic priorities, we do more than expand our resources. We achieve the highest level of innovative education, and empower every student to learn and lead in a dynamic world.
Ways to Give
Major gifts may be given as a single contribution or pledged over time (3 - 5 years) to manage the impact on personal finances. Donors can structure their gifts in ways that work best for both them and the school.
Donors may also choose to maximize their donation with a Gift of Stock by transferring appreciated publicly traded securities directly to The Bishop Strachan School Foundation. Stock donors receive a donation receipt based on the fair market value of the shares (at the close of market on the day the securities are received by the Foundation). Why We Give
Inspired by this, the Connollys made a major gift to the leadership phase of a campus renovation project, supporting the Lonsdale Fund to ensure that the campus continues to reflect our progressive approach to learning.

Donor Levels
The Langtry Society recognizes annual donors to The Bishop Strachan School at the following levels between July 1- June 30 of each year:
Inspirers - up to $1,499
Changemakers - $1,500 - $4,999
Changemakers - $1,500 - $4,999
Innovators - $5,000 - $9,999
Trailblazers - $10,000+
Transformative Leaders - $25,000+
Transformative Leaders - $25,000+
Cumulative Giving
The Bishop Strachan School Circle recognizes community members who have made cumulative gifts of $1 million or more to The Bishop Strachan School.
The 1867 Circle recognizes community members who have given $100,000 - $999,999.
