Emily SCHWARTZ Rabe '04

Executive Director, Marketing & Communications
Emily SCHWARTZ Rabe '04 is a marketing and communications leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations build brands that drive growth, strengthen reputation and inspire action. She has led marketing strategy across education, retail and consumer packaged goods, bringing together research, storytelling and business strategy to create meaningful audience engagement.

As Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at The Bishop Strachan School, Emily leads brand strategy, enrolment marketing, communications and institutional storytelling. Her work has helped reposition the school's brand, launch record-breaking admissions campaigns, strengthen donor engagement and create greater alignment across communications.

Prior to BSS, Emily held leadership roles at Party City, Jackman, Bath & Body Works, and Maple Leaf Foods, developing integrated marketing strategies for both established brands and emerging businesses. She holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. Emily is passionate about helping organizations articulate what makes them distinctive and turning that clarity into marketing that connects, inspires and delivers results.
