We recently launched our High Performance Athlete Program (HPAP), aimed at supporting student athletes through training, recovery, nutrition and education.
Recently, Dr. Greg Wells — former high-performing athlete, PhD in human physiology and Senior Scientist at SickKids — visited our students to give valuable insights. He emphasized the importance of balanced nutrition, quality sleep habits and finding the perfect balance between training and recovery for optimal performance and health. Dr. Wells will visit BSS three more times this year to speak with HPAP athletes.
