Over the past 25 years, Sarah has built a reputation as a dynamic leader of high-performing teams across global, North American and Canadian organizations. She has successfully led digital transformations, organizational restructurings and phases of rapid growth. As a business leader and strategist for some of the world’s most iconic brands, she spent two decades at Nike — most recently as CMO —  and prior to that, PepsiCo. and Molson Coors. Her expertise spans innovative brand strategy, deepening consumer connections, leading cross-functional teams and raising capital. In her final five years at Nike, Sarah served on the North American steering committee focused on redefining the Women + Girls strategy, driving increased sport participation and accessibility across Canada and the US.

Sarah is a co-founder of Lighthouse Strategy, which helps brands supercharge their investment in female sport.  She is a strategic advisor to the founder of the start-up Paume Inc. and actively mentors and coaches emerging female leaders. Sarah currently chairs the Strategy Committee and serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors at BSS. She is a proud BSS alumna, and her daughter Maddie graduated last year, becoming the fourth generation in their family to attend the school.
