Val Stock Speaker Series 2025 - Emma AINLEY Stern '07
We were pleased to welcome back Emma AINLEY Stern ’07 as our 2025 Val Stock Speaker.
As the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Felix Health, she shared her career journey from investment banking to entrepreneurship with our Grade 9 - 12 business students. Emma’s three biggest career lessons? Be flexible, learn to rise after failure and be a great business partner through trust and communication. Students then had the chance to ask insightful questions about her business and the challenges she faced.
The Val Stock Speaker series was created in memory of former Canada Packers CEO Val Stock, husband of Georgia KNOWLES Stock ’49, because he believed strongly in promoting women in business. We are thankful to the Stock and Sievwright families for endowing a fund that aligns with our mission of inspiring girls to be fearless and educating them to be leaders.
