Janet Duga

Executive Director, Human Resources
Janet Duga is the Assistant Head, Human Resources. Janet is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (Bachelor of Arts, Recreation and Business) and of Western University (Bachelor of Education).
 
Janet has an international background with extensive recruiting and general HR expertise. She spent a number of years with Drake International, both in Toronto and in New Zealand where she lived and worked from 1999-2007. When she returned to Canada, she spent six years at Career Toolbox as HR Consultant and three years at Lyoness Canada as HR Manager before returning to Drake in 2016, as Director of Human Resources for North America. She then moved to consulting.  
 
Janet taught Grade 5 for a year in New Zealand and was a supply teacher in the UK for another year before returning to New Zealand. She worked at BSS as an Assistant Physical Education Teacher and Boarding Don in the early 90s for a year.
