Leadership Gifts Committee:

Jennifer Bradlow (Co-Chair)

Jennifer Bradlow has served in many roles within the BSS Parent Association, including Class Rep, Co-Chair of Junior School Social Committee, Co-Chair of Deck The Hall, Junior School Coordinator and effective September 2015, Jennifer will Co-Chair the BSS Parent Association. Together with her husband Richard she has Co-Chaired previous Junior School Annual Fund Campaigns and currently co-chairs the Leadership Gift Committee. Jennifer has a background in fashion merchandising and previously worked with an international apparel business focused on children’s wear and outerwear. She and her husband Richard have two daughters at BSS and a son at UCC.

Richard Bradlow (Co-Chair)

Richard Bradlow is a Partner at Penfund, a leading Canadian private equity firm.  He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Western Ontario.  Richard served as a Trustee from 2008 to 2014 and joined the Board of Governors in 2014.  He is a current BSS parent.

Kenny Albert

Kenny Albert is President of Kilmer Enterprises Inc. a division of the Kilmer Group, a private investment holding company.  His primary role is to extend and diversify interests in the sports, entertainment and media sectors.  Prior to joining Kilmer, Kenny developed and marketed toys and games as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Canada Games Company Limited.  He is actively involved in the community and has served on several not-for-profit and corporate boards.  He joined the BSS Board of Governors in 2011 and is a BSS parent.

Michelle Archer & Marty White

Michelle Archer has 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising holding senior positions at Cossette, Rogers Cable, Oracle and Nike. Michelle founded and operates flatdog consulting, a digital and marketing services firm. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Kinesiology and History. Michelle is an active volunteer sitting on the Board of POV/Third Street, an organization that trains and places at risk youth in jobs in the media sector. She also has served on the BSS Parent Association since 2011. Michelle is a parent of current BSS student Paige.

Marty White has worked at RBC for 21 years and currently holds the position of Director, Fixed Income Trader at RBC Capital Markets. Marty graduated from the University of Waterloo and holds a Masters of Engineering. He is a parent of current BSS student Paige.

Cindy Cohen

Cindy Cohen has been practicing law for twenty-two years.  She established her own firm twenty years ago, which specializes in Corporate, Commercial and Estate Law. Cindy received her Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall, at York University.  She was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1993 and also has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from York University.  She has volunteered with a variety of organizations including Futurpreneur Canada and Simon Wiesenthal Centre and currently sits on advisory boards for a few of her clients.  She has also been very active in the BSS community, serving on the Parent Association as well as on the school’s Annual Fund campaign for the last three years.  Cindy has one daughter at BSS, Jordyn.

Rob Godfrey

An entrepreneur born in Toronto, Ontario Rob is the President of Brown Lab Industries Inc. Rob oversees three portfolio companies: Qwatro USA (specialty chemicals), Clean Soils Inc. (soil remediation) and UrbanDog Holdings (pet services). In addition, Rob is active in Brown Lab’s real estate activities including the management of commercial and industrial properties in Ajax, Etobicoke and Toronto. Previous work experience includes Senior Vice President of the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club, President of the Toronto Phantoms Arena Football Team and Associate at TD Securities. Rob holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario, and a J.D./MBA from Pepperdine University in California. Rob is the proud father of 3 beautiful daughters who attend BSS; Elle Godfrey (age 10), Ivy Godfrey (age 9) and Lola Godfrey (age 6).

Wenhe Li

Wenhe Li, along with her husband, co-founded and operate an environmental, science and technology company.  Prior to establishing the company, Wenhe practiced medicine in China for eight years.  She is an active volunteer at BSS, serving on the Parent Association since 2012.  Wenhe is a parent of current BSS student Victoria.

Sarah Kavanagh

Sarah Kavanagh is a Corporate Director and Commissioner of the Ontario Securities Commission.  She was formerly Vice Chair, Investment Banking and Co-Head of Diversified Industries at Scotia Capital.  Sarah has extensive corporate finance experience in both Canada and the U.S. and has been a leader in advancing women in the capital markets business.  She holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA in Economics from Williams College.  She previously served as Chair of the Board of Trustees and Board of Governors, and her three daughters are graduates of the School.

Sarah Morgenstern

Sarah Morgenstern is a Strategic Advisor at Ideon Media and the Co-founder and past Publisher of SavvyMom Media, a digital publishing company. She also has over a decade of experience as a management consultant with industry-leading global firms, focusing on strategy and organization.

Sarah holds an Honours degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto, a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She is a member of the Ivey Advisory Board, the Chair of the Ivey Annual Fund, a past recipient of the Ivey Distinguished Service Award and an active volunteer with several community organizations, including the BSS Parent Association. Sarah has two daughters at the school, Tess and Laine.

Todd Hargarten

Todd Hargarten is an Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Sales & Origination for the Equity Derivatives group, and Head of Prime Brokerage and Securities Lending at TD Securities. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the marketing of all equity derivative products to institutional and corporate clients, the structuring and distribution of market-linked note products, and the financing, custody, and securities lending needs of prime brokerage clients.

Todd is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Saskatchewan, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University

He has served on the board of the Toronto CFA Society, is a member of the Board of Governors at Upper Canada College and is an active volunteer with several minor sports associations in Toronto. Todd has two daughters at the school, Tess and Laine.

Beth CURRIE Watt ‘88

Beth is thrilled to be back in the BSS community after spending the past 20 years in the Washington, DC area where she worked as a Sr. Director for the Food Marketing Institute.  She has been actively involved in volunteering and fundraising at her children’s former school, The Langley School, in McLean, VA. In addition to serving on the Campaign Cabinet, Beth is on the Father Daughter Dinner Committee and a Parent Ambassador. As an Old Girl and current parent, it is a privilege to be a part of this progressive and leading school once again.
